No matter what team you're rooting for in this year's NBA season, you can bet your team is rooting for Kia. Arapahoe Kia says this because the pro-basketball association has once again named Kia Motors America to be the Official Automotive Partner of the NBA (National Basketball Association).

Adding to the already lengthy list of NBA partner teams, the Golden State Warriors have chosen Kia to be their "Official Vehicle" sponsor. Other teams that dub the rapidly-growing automaker their number one vehicle choice include: the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Denver Nuggets, Miami HEAT, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 79ers and San Antonia Spurs...to name a few.

Now, you may be wondering, Does Kia truly benefit from partnering with the NBA? We'd surely say so. And we've got the numbers to prove it. Since 2008, Kia sales within the United States have risen 78-percent. A large part of that incredible growth is directly due to the automaker's exceptional marketing efforts. As the brand's biggest U.S. marketing initiative, the NBA partnership claims a serious portion of the credit.

In addition to combining forces with some of the best teams on the court, Kia has also gained serious marketing clout through placing new Kia models on the viral video scene. For example, one of the NBA's All-Star players, Blake Griffin, teamed up with the equally daring Kia Optima to perform an awe-inspiring slam-dunk stunt.

If you haven't already witnessed the automaker's marketing prowess in video or ad form, we encourage you to do so. Or, if it's more convenient, simply stop by Arapahoe Kia at 9400 East Arapahoe Greenwood Village, CO 80112 and we'd be happy to show you ourselves.
