The new Niro has two rows of seats, which is enough for up to five people. According to some estimates, passenger volume is measured at 101 cubic feet, and standard cargo volume is measured at 22 cubic feet (with the option to fold down the rear seats to expand it to 54.5 cubic feet). You will need to upgrade to the EX to get a cloth-and-leather seat blend, heated front seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
